Overview
The Signet Share the Love Programme (the “Programme”) is a service of Signet Trading Limited (“Signet”). This Programme is provided for all eligible employees of Signet (as defined below). All users of this website and the app (“this website”) agree that their access to and use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility
Eligibility for the Programme is limited to current (active) full-time and part-time Signet employees on the payroll of Signet, or a subsidiary company. Individuals classified or treated by Signet as contingent workers, consultants, independent contractors, agency employees or who otherwise are not on Signet payroll are not eligible.
Each eligible employee will be automatically enrolled in the Programme and will access it via single sign-on.
Changes and Disputes
Signet reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue, change or terminate the Programme at any time.
Signet reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this Programme, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, and/or the terms and conditions of the Programme will be resolved by Signet at its sole discretion.
Earning Rewards
The Programme will provide an account that records your Reward Points (being the electronic currency awarded to Programme participants). You will be able to view the amount of Reward Points in your account and details of transactions by logging into the Programme.
Redemption and Deduction of Points
Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the Programme’s online catalogue located at signetsharethelove.workproud.com/shop. Points are not redeemable for cash.
Accrued points do not constitute the property of any individual or participant. Points are not transferable to another participant. Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Claiming a Reward
Signet reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Programme’s online catalogue at any time and without notice. Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.
Shipping and Handling
Merchandise redeemed under the Programme is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the online catalogue and are represented in the overall value of the item.
Leaving Signet
Accounts are locked on the day employment ends (voluntarily or involuntarily).
Where applicable, Reward Points earned in the Programme cease to exist when employment ends. No credit, transfer or redemption of Reward Points is available after employment ends.
If contacted within 30 days of termination, Signet may, in its sole discretion, coordinate redemption of an eGift card of a value equivalent to the eligible point balance.
Termination of Programme
If the Programme is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed points must be redeemed within 30 days of the date of termination.
Participant Programme Tracking
It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the online catalogue.
Promotional Events
From time to time, Signet, at its sole discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Programme. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or notice.
Taxes
Rewards received under the Programme may be subject to applicable taxes (U.K and Ireland.). Signet will report earnings under this Programme in accordance with UK and Ireland and/or any other applicable legislation.

The Website is owned and operated on behalf of Signet Trading Limited, a company registered in England under company number 3768979 with its registered office at Hunters Road, Birmingham, B19 1DS. This agreement is between Signet Trading Limited ("Signet", "us" or "we") and you (the "Customer").

Signet and you each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any and all disputes arising out of your use of this Website or participation in the Share the Love Rewards and Recognition programme (the "Scheme").

We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this Website.
